  1. Participating in the summer school was a great experience for me. Though I am a former student of Mphil EI, the topics were not new to me, but each time I confront with the topics especially the social domains, gives new ideas and social responsibilities to mind. This interdisciplinary approach bridges different social ,ecological and informatics concepts.

In short the summer school was very effective. It successfully covered a lot of topics include geospatial modeling, Open source R statistical software package, Matlab, Ecological Economic and Demographic perspectives of Natural capital and carrying capacity and the list goes on.
